Welcome to the 4th annual Llama Mama Knit-o-Rama, this is the committee’s 11th anniversary of planning this extravaganza! We are looking forward to a great weekend of knitting and visiting. Please read the following information carefully.

Knitting Class (Cost $50):

For the first time, a class will offered at the retreat taught by the esteemed Bill Matey! The class will take place during the day on Thursday afternoon. The class will be for a colorwork hat that is an exclusive Lama Mama design! You must have at least the basic retreat package to attend the class. Materials are not included. Special Retreat Yarn Colorways from Lavender Lune:

There are 5 color options this year. The retreat pattern will use 2 colors, one semi-solid and one variegated.

1) I recommend starting with the Basic Retreat Stay. To add this item to your cart, you must make a choice from each drop down menu and enter something in each text field (you can type No or N/A if you don't need something).

2) To choose an addon, you must select something for each drop down and you have to select available combinations. The 9 combinations possible are listed above If you right click and choose "Copy Link location" to copy the link, paste into browser where you made your initial purchase after adding the first item, you will be able to add it to your cart easily.

3) To add the class, repeat the steps in #2 with the link for the class.

4) To add yarn, choose your color option and add to cart.

Stash Yarn Sale:

On Friday night we will have a stash yarn sale. Attendees can bring along any yarn they wish to sell in clear ziploc style bags that is tagged with their name and price. Remember, items priced at garage sale prices sell better.

Show and Tell:

Saturday is for those who would like to share the items that you have completed in the last year. This is an excellent time to share your talent and wow the crowd!

Camp Knutson Charity Donation

The committee is very happy to announce that Camp Knutson would like our help again. In past years, we've done dishrags, but this year they are asking for these items: afghans, hats, mittens, and scarves for campers of various ages. They also have an annual auction and have asked for things like layettes or other items that would go together in a basket.

We are also sponsoring Good Karma Animal Rescue is a local non-profit that started in 2013 out of Maple Grove that specializes in rescuing animals from high risk situations and high kill shelters. Most of their business is run out of foster homes, until the animals can be adopted. They get vet care, and make sure the animals are healthy, mentally and physically. In recent years, they've gone to hurricane struck areas to help the animals there, and bring some home that were abandoned. We're asking for sweaters, toys, and booties for the animals (primarily cats and dogs of all sizes).

These items will be collected at Camp Knutson, for either organization you want to support. Please designate if the item needs to be hand washed, wool content, etc.

Massage:

Massages will be available Thursday through Saturday! You have either a choice of a 30 minute ($30.00) or a 60 minute ($60.00) session. Include your request in registration.

Late Fee for Registration after January 20, 2019 -- $50.00

Cancellations: Before January 20, 2019 --94.5%, After January 20, 2019 -- 50%

No Refunds after February 15, 2019
