Addons - Wed/Thurs stay, Single Room, or Thu Lunch
Select options below for the add-ons you would like. You must choose an option for each drop down to get a price and add the item to your cart. This modifies your basic retreat stay to add Wednesday arrival, Thursday arrival, single room, and/or lunch on Thursday. If you addon Thursday arrival, it includes dinner Thursday and breakfast Friday.
Please note that if less than 20 people sign up for Thursday lunch, a refund of $12 will be provided for the meal using your original form of payment, as the venue will not prepare a meal for less than 20 people.
Refund Policy
Cancellations before February 1, 2022 will receive a full refund. Cancellations on February 1, but before February 15, 2022 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations on or after February 15, 2022 will not receive a refund. However, if you have symptoms of or exposire to COVID-19 immediately prior to the retreat, please notify the committee and a full refund will be provided.
